今年是金砖国家概念提出20周年，也是金砖国家外长会晤机制建立15周年。我们的合作机制不断完善，合作领域持续拓展，国际影响日益增强，形成了经贸财金、*治安全、人文交流“三轮驱动”架构，打造了新兴市场和发展中国家合作的样板。在新冠肺炎疫情冲击下，金砖国家展现韧性和活力，保持合作势头，为五国乃至全球抗击疫情、恢复经济注入了重要动力。

Thisyearmarksthe20thanniversaryoftheinceptionoftheBRICSconceptandthe15thanniversaryoftheBRICSForeignMinistersMeetingmechanism.Wehavewitnessedthecontinuedimprovementofourcooperationmechanism,expansionofcollaborationareas,andenhancedglobalinfluence.Anarchitecturefeaturingthethreemaindriversofeconomicandfinancialcooperation,politicalandsecuritycooperationandculturalandpeople-to-peopleexchangeshasbeenestablished,settingafineexampleofcooperationamongemergingmarketsanddevelopingcountries.DespiteCOVID-19,BRICScountrieshavedemonstratedresilienceandvitality,maintainedthemomentumofcooperation,andlentimportantimpetustotheeffortsbythefivecountriesandbeyondto
